After a break of a few years, this was my first new creation, using black gouache on high quality watercolour art paper. I had a few prints made and gave them out as ‘thank yous’ to people we met during Lee & my incredible adventure across Australia and India a couple of years ago.

I started painting ‘Chessboards’ years ago and this is one that I have recently redrawn by hand.
YIN YANG
I have always loved this ancient symbol of light and dark and painted the original around 20 years ago.
Now digitally re-drawn by hand on my art tablet, it will soon be available to buy on cushions and other products.

Whilst I don’t pretend to be an expert on stones, rocks & pebbles, I have always loved their individuality and have built up quite a collection over the years.
Having chosen my favourites, firstly I polish the raw stones using a tumbler and they are then finished by hand before being drilled and mounted onto a variety of different fixtures, cords & chains.
